• Dust, dirt, grease, oil, and other residues on the surface are cleaned with a brush or broom.
• Loose parts on the surface are scraped off and cleaned.
• If present, moss and mold on the surface are cleaned with appropriate cleaners.
• Cracks and holes on the surface are filled with suitable repair mortar.
• Sharp edges and corners on the surface are rounded off.

• Before application, if there are dust, dirt, debris, form oil or other substances preventing adhesion on the surface, they must be cleaned thoroughly.
• The application thickness should be 1-2.5 cm. For applications over 2.5 cm, a waiting time of 24 hours between layers is required.
• Add 6-8.5 liters of clean water into the plaster machine, then slowly add 25 kg of dry mortar powder while mixing.
• The application thickness per layer should be a maximum of 1-2.5 cm. For thicknesses over 2.5 cm, wait for the setting time between layers and apply each layer with a maximum thickness of 2-2.5 cm.
• Aluminum profiles should be used for a smooth plaster application.
• Corner profiles should be used to prevent corner breakage.
• The machine-applied plaster sprayed between two anodes should be leveled using special aluminum screed profiles.
• After the plaster hardens, moisten the surface with a damp sponge.

• The applied surface should be protected from water until it sets, and the surface should not be disturbed.
• Gloves must be worn during storage and application.
• No foreign materials should be added to the mortar.
• Always check the expiration date before applying the mortar.
