7 Layers of Inceilable Primer

It is a water-based, acrylic resin-based transparent primer used in concentrated form for interior and exterior surfaces. When applied to highly absorbent surfaces, its superior penetration ability reduces the surface’s absorbency and decreases the consumption of the topcoat paint. By creating a strong base, it enhances paint adhesion. With its strong adhesion properties, it forms a bridge between the topcoat paint and the substrate, ensuring the paint remains on the surface without blistering, peeling, or cracking as a thin, durable layer.

APPLICATION AREAS

SURFACE PREPARATION

Cleaning: Wash the surface with soapy water to remove dust, dirt, and grease. If possible, clean the surface with a pressure washer. Allow the surface to dry completely.
Repair: Fill cracks or holes in the surface with putty and let it dry. If necessary, use sandpaper to smooth the surface.

APPLICATION TYPE

• Stir the primer thoroughly before use. Begin the thinning process afterward.
Application:
• You can apply the primer with a brush, roller, or spray. Apply the primer evenly and generously.
• It is recommended to apply the primer in layers. Wait for each layer to dry completely before applying the next.
• Hold the brush or roller at a right angle to the surface while applying the primer.
• Use a brush to ensure the primer penetrates corners and edges properly.
After Application:
• Allow the primer to dry completely. Drying time may vary depending on weather conditions.
• Once the primer is dry, use sandpaper if necessary to smooth the surface.
• Ensure the surface is dry before proceeding with the painting process.
Additional Recommendations:
• Check the surface moisture level before applying the primer. If the moisture level exceeds 15%, postpone the application.
• Do not apply the primer on surfaces directly exposed to sunlight.
• Clean brushes and rollers with water during and after the application.

WARNINGS

• Take necessary safety precautions such as wearing gloves, a mask, and safety goggles during primer application.
• Apply the primer in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep the primer out of reach of children and pets.
• If applying outdoors, check the weather conditions beforehand. Avoid applying primer in rainy or humid weather.
