• Cleaning: The concrete surface must be completely free of dust, dirt, grease, or other residues. The surface should be cleaned with a clean cloth, broom, brush, or pressure water.
• Smoothness: Large cracks, holes, or other irregularities on the surface should be properly repaired. Concrete sealer cannot adhere properly to rough surfaces and may cause undesirable results after application.
• Moisture Content: It is important that the concrete surface has a certain moisture content during application. The moisture level depends on the manufacturer’s instructions and the properties of the sealer. Generally, the moisture content of the concrete surface should be below 80%.
• Temperature: Application should be carried out between +5°C and +35°C.
• Protection Against Rain and Moisture: The concrete surface must be protected from rain and excessive moisture during application and curing time.

Ready concrete sealer should be applied to the concrete surface using a suitable application tool such as a spray gun, brush, or roller. During application, it is important that the sealer is evenly distributed and completely covers the surface.
Second Coat Application (Optional): In some cases, a second coat of sealer can be applied for additional protection of the concrete surface. The second coat should be applied after the first coat is completely dry and prepared in the same way.
Drying Time: After application, the concrete sealer should be allowed to dry for 24 to 48 hours.
Completion of Curing: Once the concrete sealer is fully dry, the concrete surface is ready for use. However, it may be necessary to wait a few days for the full curing time and complete hardening of the concrete.

• If applying outdoors, check the weather before primer application. Avoid application in rainy or humid conditions.
• Avoid inhaling the material; if inhaled, move to fresh air and breathe deeply.
• Keep windows and doors open during application in enclosed spaces.
• Clean brushes and rollers with water during and after application.
• Avoid contact with skin. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• If swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
• Wash your hands with soap and water after application.
• Store out of reach of children and pets.
