Before Floor Coverings: Raw concrete primers are used to smooth and prepare concrete floors before applying floor coverings such as ceramic, stone, wood, or laminate materials.
Before Coating and Painting: Used to smooth and prime wall surfaces before applying wall coverings, paint, or coating materials.
Plumbing Works: Raw concrete primers can be used to level and prepare concrete surfaces where piping will be installed prior to plumbing installation.
Infrastructure Projects: Raw concrete primers can be used to increase waterproofing and durability of concrete surfaces in projects such as water tanks, sewage lines, and other infrastructure works.
Restoration and Repair Projects: Used to smooth and prepare concrete surfaces during restoration or repair of old or damaged structures.

Cleaning: The surface to be applied must be clean and dust-free. Dust, dirt, oil, paints, and other contaminants can prevent the material from properly adhering to the surface. The surface should be cleaned by sweeping, brushing, or vacuuming.
Repair and Correction: Any cracks, pits, or other defects on the surface must be repaired. Repair mortar materials can be used to fill cracks and level the surface. This step ensures the surface is smooth and uniform.
Moisture Control: The moisture content of the surface must be checked to ensure proper adhesion of the primer. Excessively moist surfaces may negatively affect the primer’s performance.
Surface Temperature: During and after application, the temperature of the surface and surroundings should be within a specific range. Application should be performed between +5°C and +35°C.

The Brüt Beton Primer is diluted at a ratio of 12 kg primer to 3 kg water and mixed until homogeneous. It is applied as a single coat using a roller brush. Ensure that the primer is completely dry before proceeding with plaster application. The primer-water mixture should be stirred periodically to maintain homogeneity and prevent settling. The specified times apply at a surface and ambient temperature of 20°C; drying time increases at lower temperatures and decreases at higher temperatures.

• Store the primer out of reach of children and pets.
• If applying outdoors, check the weather before application. Avoid applying primer in rainy or humid conditions.
• Clean brushes and rollers with water during and after application.
• Avoid inhaling the product’s fumes.
• Apply in a well-ventilated area.
• Avoid contact with skin. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
• Wash your hands with soap and water after application.
