Cleaning: The surface to be applied should be cleaned first. All dirt, oil, dust, and other foreign substances on the surface should be removed. Suitable cleaning materials and water can be used for this process.
Flatness Check: The surface should be checked for flatness. If there are cracks, pits, or other imperfections on the surface, they should be corrected beforehand. If necessary, corrective filler materials can be used.
Use of Primer for Absorbent Surfaces: If the surface to be applied is absorbent, a primer may be needed. Primer reduces the absorbency of the surface, allowing the adhesive to spread evenly and increase adhesion strength.
Inspection of Plumbing and Electrical Installations: If there is plumbing or electrical installation under the area to be applied, it should be checked, and protective measures should be taken if necessary.
Checking the Surface Moisture Content: The moisture content of the surface should be checked. A surface that is too wet or too dry can prevent the adhesive from working effectively. If necessary, moisture levels should be checked using moisture measurement devices.
Surface Wetting Before Adhesive Application: Especially on absorbent surfaces, the surface may need to be lightly wetted before applying the adhesive. This ensures the adhesive spreads evenly and enhances its bonding strength.

• Approximately 6.00 / 6.50 liters of water should be added to 25 kg of powder and mixed thoroughly with a low-speed mixer until no lumps remain. (Granit adhesive mortar used for outdoor applications should have less liquid compared to indoor applications. This ensures the mortar has more flexibility.)
• After the mortar has matured for about 5 minutes, it should be mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application.
• The mortar should be applied to the surface and the thickness adjusted with a notched steel trowel. The size of the trowel’s teeth should be determined based on the size of the granite to be laid and the smoothness of the surface to be applied.
• The adhesive should be spread onto the surface with a trowel. The adhesive should be spread evenly on the surface. The thickness of the adhesive varies depending on the size of the covering material. For small covering materials, apply adhesive with a thickness of 3-5 mm, and for large covering materials, apply adhesive with a thickness of 5-10 mm.
• The covering materials should be placed on the adhesive. The covering materials should be carefully placed on the adhesive. Once the materials are properly positioned, they should be lightly tapped into place. For good adhesion, use a rubber mallet to apply force, ensuring air is released from underneath.
• The covering materials should be moistened with water for 24 hours. This process ensures the adhesive and covering materials fully cure.

• The application should be made between +5°C and +35°C.
• It should be protected from fast drying in windy conditions.
• It should not be applied to frozen surfaces.
• It should not be applied under direct sunlight.
• No foreign materials (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Mortar that has exceeded its usage time should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
• The curing process must be completed as the adhesive may not reach maximum durability without full curing.
• All tools used during application should be washed with water before they dry.
• Wear gloves, protective glasses, and a mask to protect yourself from adhesive dust and chemicals.
• The work area should be well-ventilated to avoid inhaling chemical vapors produced during adhesive application in enclosed spaces.
• Hands and skin that have come into contact with adhesive should be cleaned immediately.
