Areas of Use:
• In both interior and exterior applications,
• On horizontal and vertical surfaces,
• For bonding large-format floor and wall tiles, granite, granite ceramics, marble, clinker, and all types of natural stone coverings,
• In high foot traffic areas such as workplaces, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals,
• In underfloor heating systems,
• For tiling over old granite and marble surfaces.

Cleaning: The surface to be applied must be cleaned first. All dirt, oil, dust, and other contaminants must be removed. A suitable cleaning material and water can be used for this process.
Flatness Check: The surface should be checked for smoothness. If there are cracks, pits, or other imperfections, they should be corrected beforehand. If necessary, corrective filler materials can be used.
Primer Use for Absorbent Surfaces: If the surface to be applied is absorbent, primer may be required. The primer reduces the surface’s absorbency, allowing the adhesive to spread evenly and increase its bonding strength.
Plumbing and Electrical Systems Check: If there are plumbing or electrical systems underneath the area to be applied, they should be inspected and protective measures should be taken if necessary.
Surface Moisture Content Check: The moisture content of the surface should be checked. A very wet or dry surface may prevent the adhesive from working effectively. If necessary, moisture levels should be measured using moisture meters.
Wet the Surface Before Adhesive Application: Especially on absorbent surfaces, the surface may need to be lightly wetted before applying the adhesive. This helps to spread the adhesive evenly and enhances its bonding strength.

• Approximately 6.00 / 6.50 liters of water should be added to 25 kg of powder, and thoroughly mixed with a low-speed mixer until no lumps remain. (Granite adhesive mortar used for outdoor applications should contain less liquid than the one used for indoor applications. This ensures the mortar has more flexibility.)
• After allowing the mortar to mature for about 5 minutes, it should be mixed for another 1-2 minutes before application.
• The mortar should be applied to the surface and its thickness adjusted using a notched steel trowel. The size of the trowel’s teeth should be determined based on the size of the granite tiles to be installed and the smoothness of the surface to be applied.
• The adhesive is spread onto the surface using the trowel. The adhesive should be spread evenly across the surface. The thickness of the adhesive varies depending on the size of the covering material. For small-sized covering materials, the adhesive should be applied with a thickness of 3-5 mm, while for larger-sized materials, the adhesive should be applied with a thickness of 5-10 mm.
• The covering materials should be placed onto the adhesive. The covering materials should be carefully placed onto the adhesive. Once the materials are seated properly, they should be lightly tapped to secure them in place. For good adhesion, pressure should be applied using a rubber mallet to expel air.
• The covering materials should be moistened with water for 24 hours. This process ensures that the adhesive and covering materials dry completely.

• It is recommended to apply the product in temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• It should be protected from rapid drying in windy conditions.
• Should not be applied to frozen surfaces.
• Should not be applied under direct sunlight.
• No foreign materials such as lime, cement, plaster, etc. should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Mortar that has passed its use period should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
• The curing process should be completed because the adhesive may not reach maximum durability before it is fully cured.
• All tools used during application should be washed with water before they dry.
• Wear gloves, protective goggles, and a mask to protect against adhesive dust and chemicals.
• Ensure good ventilation in the work area to avoid inhaling chemical vapors generated during adhesive application in enclosed spaces.
• It is important to clean hands and skin immediately after contact with the adhesive.
