Cleaning: The surface to be applied should be cleaned first. All dirt, grease, dust, and other foreign substances on the surface should be removed. A suitable cleaning product and water can be used for this process.
Level Check: The surface should be checked for smoothness. If there are cracks, holes, or other imperfections on the surface, they should be corrected beforehand. If necessary, corrective filler materials can be used.
Primer Use for Absorbent Surfaces: If the surface to be applied is absorbent, a primer may be required. Primer reduces the surface’s absorbency, allowing the adhesive to spread evenly and improve bonding strength.
Plumbing and Electrical Systems Check: If there are plumbing or electrical systems under the area to be applied, they should be checked, and protective measures should be taken if necessary.
Surface Moisture Content Check: The moisture content of the surface should be checked. A surface that is too wet or too dry may hinder the adhesive’s effectiveness. If necessary, moisture levels should be checked using moisture measurement devices.
Wet the Surface Before Adhesive Application: Especially on absorbent surfaces, the surface may need to be lightly moistened before applying the adhesive. This helps the adhesive spread evenly and improves bonding strength.

• Add approximately 6.00 / 6.50 liters of water to 25 kg of powder, and mix thoroughly with a low-speed mixer to avoid lumps. (The adhesive mortar used for outdoor applications should have less liquid than the one used for indoor applications. This allows the mortar to have more flexibility.)
• After the mortar has matured for about 5 minutes, it should be mixed for 1-2 more minutes before application.
• The mortar should be applied to the surface and its thickness adjusted using a notched steel trowel. The size of the trowel’s notch should be determined based on the size of the granite to be laid and the evenness of the surface to be applied.
• The adhesive should be spread onto the surface with the trowel. The adhesive must be spread evenly across the surface. The thickness of the adhesive varies depending on the size of the covering material. For small-sized covering materials, an adhesive thickness of 3-5 mm should be applied, and for large-sized covering materials, an adhesive thickness of 5-10 mm should be applied.
• The covering materials are placed onto the adhesive. The covering materials should be carefully placed on the adhesive. After the covering materials are properly positioned, they should be lightly tapped into place to ensure adhesion. To achieve good adhesion, air should be expelled by applying force with a rubber mallet.
• The covering materials should be moistened with water for 24 hours. This ensures that the covering materials and adhesive fully cure.

• It is recommended to apply between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• Protect from rapid drying in windy conditions.
• Do not apply to frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply under direct sunlight.
• No foreign materials should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Mortar that has exceeded its usage time should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
• The full curing process should be completed because the adhesive may not reach maximum durability without full curing.
• All tools used should be washed with water before they dry.
• Use gloves, protective goggles, and a mask to protect from adhesive dust and chemicals.
• The working area should be well-ventilated to avoid inhaling chemical vapors released during adhesive application in enclosed spaces.
• It is important to clean hands and skin that have come into contact with the adhesive immediately.
