Cleaning: The surface to be applied should be thoroughly cleaned. All dirt, grease, dust, and other foreign substances on the surface must be removed. A suitable cleaning material and water can be used for this process.
Surface Level Check: The surface should be checked to see if it is level. If there are cracks, hollows, or other imperfections, these should be fixed beforehand. If necessary, corrective filler materials can be used.
Primer Usage for Absorbent Surfaces: If the surface to be applied is absorbent, the use of a primer may be required. Primer reduces the surface’s absorbency, ensuring the adhesive spreads evenly and improves adhesion strength.
Plumbing and Electrical Installation Check: If there is plumbing or electrical installation beneath the area to be applied, it must be checked, and protective measures should be taken if necessary.
Moisture Content Check of the Surface: The moisture content of the surface should be checked. A surface that is too wet or too dry may hinder the effective functioning of the adhesive. If necessary, moisture levels should be checked with moisture measurement devices.
Surface Wetting Before Adhesive Application: Especially for absorbent surfaces, the surface may need to be slightly dampened before applying the adhesive. This ensures the adhesive spreads evenly and enhances adhesion strength.

• Approximately 6.00 / 6.50 liters of water should be added to 25 kg of powder, and mixed thoroughly using a low-speed mixer until no lumps remain. (The tile adhesive used in outdoor areas should contain less liquid than the one used indoors. This allows the adhesive to have more flexibility.)
• After the mortar has matured for about 5 minutes, it should be mixed again for 1-2 minutes before application.
• The mortar should be applied to the surface and its thickness adjusted with a notched steel trowel. The trowel’s notch size should be determined based on the size of the tiles to be laid and the smoothness of the surface to be applied.
• The adhesive should be spread on the surface using a trowel. The adhesive should be spread evenly across the surface. The thickness of the adhesive varies depending on the size of the covering material. For small-sized covering materials, apply adhesive with a thickness of 3-5 mm, and for large-sized covering materials, apply 5-10 mm of adhesive.
• The covering materials are placed on top of the adhesive. The covering materials should be carefully placed on the adhesive. Once the covering materials are properly aligned, they should be lightly tapped into place. For better adhesion, force should be applied with a rubber mallet to expel air.
• The covering materials should be moistened with water for 24 hours. This process ensures that the covering materials and adhesive fully cure.

• It is recommended to apply the product at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• In windy conditions, protection should be provided against rapid drying.
• It should not be applied on frozen surfaces.
• It should not be applied under direct sunlight.
• No foreign materials should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Mortar that has exceeded its usage period should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
• The full curing process should be completed as the adhesive may not reach maximum durability without proper curing.
• All tools used should be washed with water before drying after application.
• Wear gloves, protective goggles, and a mask to protect from adhesive dust and chemicals.
• The work area should be well-ventilated to avoid inhaling chemical vapors during adhesive application in closed spaces.
• It is important to clean hands and skin immediately after contact with the adhesive.
