Grease and Dirt Cleaning: If there is grease, oil, wax, or other materials on the surface, clean these contaminants using an appropriate cleaner or detergent.
Removal of Old Grout: If there is old grout and it is cracked, loose, or deteriorated, it may need to be removed.
Smoothing the Surface: It is important for the surface to be smooth and even. If there are cracks, depressions, or other irregularities, use an appropriate material to fill and smooth the surface.
Moisture Control: Since grout material is mixed with water, the moisture content of the surface should be checked before application. If the surface is too wet, the grout may not adhere properly.

Grout Preparation: 20 kg of grout should be gradually added to 7.0-7.5 liters of water and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture should be done with a low-speed mixer. No additives not specified in the application instructions should be added. Adding too much or too little water may cause cracking, dusting, and color defects. Let the prepared grout rest for 5-10 minutes to mature. Before starting the application, mix it again for 1-2 minutes.
Application: Apply the prepared grout to the joints with a spatula or a special grout application tool. Ensure that the material is evenly spread while filling the joints. Do not apply too much grout, as it may be difficult to clean once it has dried.
Correction and Cleaning: After applying the grout material, use a sponge or a clean cloth to wipe off the excess material. Clean the areas where the material has spread to the surface. If you clean the areas where grout has spilled immediately, it will be easier to clean, and it will be harder to remove after it dries.
Wait for Drying Time: Wait for the grout to fully dry.
Final Checks and Second Coat Application if Necessary: After it dries, check the surface of the grout material. If necessary, you can apply a second coat.

• No foreign materials (such as lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared grout.
• Expired grout should not be mixed with water or dry grout and reused.
• Application should be made at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C.
• Should not be applied to frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply under direct sunlight.
• Do not exceed the specified application area and instructions.
• Do not inhale directly. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary.
• Wait for the full curing process to complete, as the grout may not reach maximum durability without full curing.
