Cleaning: It is important to clean the surface and remove dust, oil, and other contaminants.
Oil and Dirt Removal: If there are oil, grease, wax, or similar substances on the surface, clean these contaminants using an appropriate cleaner or detergent.
Removal of Old Grout: If there is old grout and it is cracked, loose, or damaged, it may need to be removed.
Smoothing the Surface: The surface must be smooth and even. If necessary, fill and level cracks, holes, or other irregularities with a suitable material.
Moisture Control: Since grout material is mixed with water, the moisture content of the surface should be checked before application. If the surface is too damp, the grout may not adhere properly.

Mortar Preparation: 20 kg of grout should be slowly poured into 7.0-7.5 liters of water and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mixing should be done with a low-speed mixer. No additives other than those specified in the application instructions should be added. Adding more or less water than specified may cause cracking, dusting, and color defects. The prepared mortar should be left to rest for 5-10 minutes for maturation. Before starting the application, it should be mixed again for 1-2 minutes.
Application: Apply the prepared grout material to the joints using a spatula or a special grout application tool. Ensure that the material is evenly distributed while filling the joints. Do not apply excessive grout, as it may be difficult to clean once dried.
Smoothing and Cleaning: After applying the grout, wipe off the excess material with a sponge or a clean cloth. Clean the parts of the grout that have spread to the surface. If you clean the grout immediately after application, it will be easier to remove than when it has dried.
Waiting for Drying Time: Wait until the grout is completely dry.
Final Checks and Second Layer Application if Necessary: After drying, check the surface of the grout. If necessary, apply a second coat.

• No foreign substances (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Expired mortar should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
• It is recommended that the application be carried out at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
• Do not apply to frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply under direct sunlight.
• Do not deviate from the specified application area and instructions for use.
• Do not inhale directly. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice if necessary.
• The full curing process must be completed, as the grout may not reach maximum durability until fully cured.
