Cleaning: It is important to clean the surface and remove dust, oil, and other contaminants.
Oil and Dirt Removal: If there are oil, grease, wax, or similar substances on the surface, clean these contaminants using a suitable cleaner or detergent.
Removal of Old Grout: If the old grout is cracked, loose, or deteriorated, it may need to be removed.
Surface Smoothing: The surface should be smooth and even. If necessary, fill and correct cracks, holes, or other irregularities using a suitable material.
Moisture Control: Since grout material is mixed with water, the moisture content of the surface should be checked before application. If the surface is too moist, the grout material may not adhere properly.

Mortar Preparation: 20 kg grout should be slowly poured over 7.0-7.5 liters of water and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Mixing should be done with a low-speed mixer. No additives other than those specified in the application instructions should be added. Adding more or less water than specified may cause cracking, dusting, and color defects. The prepared mortar should be left to rest for 5-10 minutes for maturation. Before starting the application, mix again for 1-2 minutes.
Application: Apply the prepared grout material to the joints using a spatula or a special grout application tool. Make sure that the material is evenly distributed while filling the joints. Do not apply too much grout material, as it may be difficult to clean once it dries.
Smoothing and Cleaning: After applying the grout material, wipe off excess material using a sponge or a clean cloth. Clean the areas where the grout has spread onto the surrounding surface. If you clean the spilled material immediately, it will be easier to remove than after it dries.
Waiting for Drying Time: Wait for the grout material to dry completely.
Final Inspection and Second Coat Application if Necessary: After drying, check the surface of the grout material. If necessary, apply a second coat.

• No foreign materials (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Expired mortar should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
• Application is recommended at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
• Should not be applied to frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply under direct sunlight.
• Do not exceed the specified application area and usage instructions.
• Do not inhale directly. In case of eye contact, rinse the eye thoroughly with water, and seek medical advice if necessary.
• The full curing process must be completed, as the grout may not reach maximum durability before full curing.
