Interior Wall Construction: Used to create walls with aerated concrete blocks in indoor spaces. It is especially preferred for forming interior partitions and rooms.
Exterior Wall Construction: Can be used to create exterior walls by joining aerated concrete blocks in outdoor spaces. It is a decorative and durable option for building facades.
Chimney and Fireplace Construction: Aerated concrete adhesive is used for joining and fixing aerated concrete blocks in the construction of chimneys and fireplaces.
Partition Walls: In offices or commercial spaces, aerated concrete adhesive can be used to create partition walls with aerated concrete blocks.
Insulation Panels: Can be used to fix insulation panels mounted on walls or ceilings for thermal and sound insulation with aerated concrete adhesive.
Garden Walls: Aerated concrete blocks and adhesive can be used to build garden walls for marking and protecting garden or land boundaries.
Terrace and Balcony Walls: Aerated concrete adhesive can be used to create durable walls resistant to external elements in terraces and balconies.

Surface Cleaning: The surface of the aerated concrete blocks must be free of dust, oil, dirt, or other contaminants. Cleaning the surface with a brush or vacuum ensures proper adhesion of the adhesive.
Correction and Adjustment: If there are protrusions, depressions, or other irregularities on the surfaces between the blocks, they should be corrected. If necessary, you can use a surface correction material to smooth out the surfaces of the blocks.
Moisture Control: The moisture content of the aerated concrete is important. Waiting for the blocks to dry or checking their moisture content ensures proper curing of the adhesive material. In most cases, the aerated concrete surface must be dry and clean.
Surface Absorbency Control: The absorbency of the aerated concrete surface should be checked. If the surface is absorbent, pre-wetting may be done to balance water absorption and ensure the adhesive material spreads evenly.
Primer Application (Optional): Depending on the type of surface, a primer coat may be applied, especially on low absorbency surfaces or to regulate high absorbency. The primer can strengthen the bond between the adhesive and the surface.

Adhesive Preparation: 25 kg of powdered aerated concrete adhesive should be added to 6.75-7.25 liters of clean water and mixed for 3-4 minutes using a low-speed mixer or drill. Mix the adhesive to a homogeneous consistency, ensuring no lumps remain. Allow the prepared mixture to rest for 5-10 minutes to mature, then remix before use. It is recommended to consume the mixture within 2-2.5 hours of preparation.
Precautions During Application: Before applying the adhesive, if a primer needs to be applied to the surface or aerated concrete blocks, ensure this step is completed. Apply the adhesive to the back surface of the blocks or the application surface evenly using a trowel or similar tool.
Adhering the Blocks: Place the aerated concrete blocks onto the surface with the adhesive. Use a level or other measuring tools to properly position the blocks.
Adhesive Thickness Check: To enhance the strength of the bond between the aerated concrete blocks, check the adhesive thickness and ensure it meets the recommended thickness as per the instructions.
Adjustment Time and Pressing: After applying the adhesive, allow for a certain adjustment period. This time will increase the adhesive’s stickiness and strength. Use temporary supports or presses if necessary to hold the blocks in the desired position.
Cleaning Excess Adhesive: Immediately clean any excess adhesive during application. It will be more difficult to remove once it has dried.
Curing: Avoid applying weight to the structural elements before the aerated concrete adhesive has fully cured. Wait for the curing period and follow the manufacturer’s instructions for complete hardening.

• No foreign materials (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mixture.
• Mixture that has exceeded its usage period should not be mixed with water or dry mixture and reused.
• It is recommended to apply within the temperature range of +5°C to +35°C.
• It should be protected from fast drying in windy conditions.
• Should not be applied to frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply under direct sunlight.
• Do not exceed the specified application area and usage instructions.
• Do not inhale directly. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water and consult a doctor if necessary.
• The full curing process must be completed as the adhesive may not achieve maximum durability before curing.
