Roof ridge tile adhesive is suitable for outdoor use on horizontal and vertical surfaces. Therefore, it can be used for roof ridge tiles as well as for exterior cladding.

Cleaning: Clean any mold oil, dust, paint, or other adhesion-reducing substances from the surface.
Moisture Level: If the surface is wet, the mortar’s adhesion will be weakened.
Repair: Cracks should be sealed, and the surface should be smoothed. If the surface is uneven, the mortar will not spread properly, and water may leak from the roof.

Add 25 kg Ridge Tile Adhesive Mortar into approximately 4.5 – 5.5 liters of clean water and mix with a low speed mixer so that there are no lumps. The mortar should have a medium hard, plastic consistency. Apply the prepared mortar with a trowel or spatula on the surface where the ridge tiles and gutters should be glued. Spread the mortar evenly over the surface and place the ridge tiles or gutters in place. Once the ridge tiles or gutters are in place, tap them lightly to ensure that the mortar adheres well to the surface. The mortar takes its final shape in about 1 hour after application. During this time, protect the mortar from moisture.

• No foreign materials (lime, cement, plaster, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Mortar that has exceeded its usage time should not be mixed with water or dry mortar and reused.
• The application should be made at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
• It should be protected from quick drying in windy conditions.
• Should not be applied on frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply under direct sunlight.
• Do not exceed the specified application area and usage instructions.
• Do not inhale directly. In case of eye contact, rinse the eye with plenty of water and consult a doctor if necessary.
• The full curing process should be completed, as the adhesive may not reach maximum durability without full curing.
