APPLICATION AREAS

After finishing the thermal insulation boards with the last layer of plaster, decorative plaster primer is used.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Cleaning: Clean the surface with soapy water to remove dust, dirt, and grease. If possible, wash the surface with a pressure washer. Allow the surface to dry completely.

• Repair: Fill cracks or holes in the surface with putty and let it dry. If necessary, use sandpaper to smooth the surface.

• Smoothing: Use plaster or screed to correct irregularities and unevenness on the surface. Once the correction is complete, smooth the surface with sandpaper.

APPLICATION TYPE

• Check the moisture level of the surface before applying the primer. If the moisture level exceeds 15%, postpone the primer application.
• Check the weather forecast before applying the primer. Avoid applying primer in rainy or humid weather.
• Take the necessary safety precautions during and after primer application.
• You can apply the primer using a brush, roller, or spray.
• Apply the primer evenly and generously.
• Allow the primer to dry completely.

WARNINGS

• Take necessary safety precautions such as wearing gloves, a mask, and protective goggles during primer application.
• Apply the primer in a well-ventilated area.
• Store the primer in a place inaccessible to children and pets.
• If applying outdoors, check the weather forecast before primer application. Avoid applying primer in rainy or humid weather.
• Clean brushes and rollers with water during and after the primer application.
• Avoid inhaling primer fumes.
• Ensure proper ventilation when applying the primer.
• If possible, keep windows and doors open during primer application.
• Avoid direct contact with the primer on your skin. If contact occurs, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Wash your hands with soap and water after primer application.
• Avoid eye contact with the primer. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
