SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surface to be applied must be cleaned of dust, oil, paint, curing compounds, and other substances that may prevent adhesion.

APPLICATION METHOD

• The surface to be applied must be cleaned of dust, oil, paint, curing compounds, and other substances that may prevent adhesion.
• Slowly add 25 kg of powder mortar to 7.00-8.00 liters of clean water in a mixing container and mix with a low-speed mixer.
• After allowing the mortar to mature for 5 minutes, remix to make it ready for use.
• For the first row, wet the part of the masonry material that contacts the adhesive mortar before continuing the masonry process. There is no need to wet the surface for subsequent rows.
• Apply the mesh mortar to the surface using a standard trowel or a notched trowel with 10×10 mm notches.
• During application, horizontal and vertical joints must be a maximum of 3 mm.
• The laid blocks should be fixed to the adhesive surface from the top and bottom using a plastic mallet.

WARNINGS

• Protect your skin, eyes, and respiratory system while working with the mortar.
• Use a low-speed mixer to minimize dust formation during mixing.
• When preparing mortar indoors, ensure adequate ventilation or use a respiratory mask.
• Use clean and dry containers for mixing the mortar.
• Do not add any foreign substances to the mortar.
• Do not apply the mortar in excessively hot or cold weather.
