•Cleaning: The concrete surface must be completely free from dust, dirt, oil, or other residues. The surface should be cleaned with a cloth, broom, brush, or pressure washer.

•Moisture Level: It is important for the concrete surface to have a specific moisture level during application. The moisture level of the concrete varies based on manufacturer instructions and sealer specifications. Generally, the moisture level of the concrete should be below 80%.
•Temperature: Application should be carried out within a temperature range of +5°C to +35°C.
•Protection Against Rain and Moisture: The concrete surface should not be exposed to rain or excessive moisture during application and curing time.

Ready-mix concrete sealer should be applied to the concrete surface using a suitable application tool such as a spray gun, brush, or roller. During application, it is important to ensure an even distribution of the sealer and full coverage of the surface.
Second Coat Application (Optional): In some cases, a second coat of concrete sealer may be applied for additional surface protection. The second coat should only be applied once the first coat is completely dry and should be prepared in the same manner.
Drying Time: After application, the concrete sealer should be left to dry for 24 to 48 hours.

• Avoid skin contact. If contact occurs, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• If swallowed, seek immediate medical assistance.
• Wash your hands with soap and water after application.
• Store the product out of reach of children and pets.
