Concrete Floor Repair: Used for repairing mechanically damaged concrete floors, filling cracks, and leveling the surface.
Industrial Floor Coatings: Preferred for the repair and reinforcement of floor coatings used in factory floors, warehouse areas, and industrial facilities.
Chemically Resistant Coatings: Used in areas exposed to chemical interactions, particularly in industrial environments requiring chemical resistance.
Metal Surface Repair: Used for repairing rusted or mechanically damaged metal surfaces and in anti-corrosion coatings.
Structural Concrete Repair: Used for repairing bridges, viaducts, buildings, and other structural concrete elements.
Waterproofing Applications: Due to its waterproof properties, it can be used in water tanks, water treatment plants, and other waterproofing applications.

Cleaning: The surface must be free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Such contaminants can prevent the epoxy from adhering effectively to the surface.
Preparation of Cracks and Holes: Cracks, holes, and other damages must be cleaned and properly prepared. Cracks should be widened and cleaned, and holes should be filled appropriately.
Surface Roughening: Irregularities on the surface, especially on concrete, should be corrected using an appropriate roughening process. This helps the epoxy to adhere better.
Rust and Corrosion Control: If rust or corrosion is present on metal surfaces, it should be cleaned first and then a rust inhibitor should be applied.
Moisture Control: Epoxy repair mortar reacts with moisture. Therefore, the moisture content of the surface must be checked before application, and if necessary, a drying process should be carried out.
Application of Surface Primer: In some cases, applying a surface primer before application may be important to ensure better adhesion of the epoxy.

Components ready for mixing: Mix A+B components for at least 3 minutes with a 400-600 rpm mixer and a suitable mixing tip until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Care should be taken not to entrain too much air while mixing. Then pour the entire mixture into a clean container and mix for 1 minute at low speed to minimize air entrainment. When used as a thin adhesive, the mixed adhesive should be applied to the prepared surface with a spatula, trowel or notched trowel. When used as repair mortar, mold should be used. When used for bonding metal profiles on vertical surfaces, it should be supported by pressing with struts for at least 12 hours depending on the thickness of the applied adhesive (maximum 5mm) and room temperature. After hardening, the adherence should be checked by lightly tapping the surface with a hammer.

The applicator must have technical knowledge about epoxy. Humidity should be measured before application and the process should be started. Do not apply to areas with high humidity. Protective gloves, goggles and protective clothing must be worn. Avoid contact of the product with skin and eyes. Pot life starts as soon as resin and hardener are mixed. It is short at high temperatures and longer at low temperatures.
