Waterproofing on Concrete Surfaces: Used to enhance the waterproofing properties of concrete surfaces. It increases the water resistance of concrete in areas exposed to water such as foundations, walls, floors, and roofs.
Infrastructure Structures: Used to provide waterproofing in the construction of infrastructure structures such as water tanks, water channels, and sewage lines.
Swimming Pools and Water Tanks: Used to create water-resistant concrete surfaces in the construction of swimming pools, water tanks, and water play areas.
Wet Areas: Used to provide waterproofing in wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and toilets.
Abrasion Resistance and Durability: Latex increases the abrasion resistance and durability of concrete, ensuring a longer lifespan for structures.
Restoration Projects: Used during the restoration of old or damaged concrete structures to improve waterproofing properties and enhance the durability of concrete surfaces.
Adhesion Enhancer: Latex is added to concrete mixtures to improve adhesion to other surfaces. This feature increases the bonding strength of concrete coatings, flooring, or covering materials.

Cleaning: The surface to be applied must be clean and dust-free. Dust, dirt, oil, paints, and other contaminants can prevent proper adhesion of the material to the surface. The surface should be cleaned by sweeping, brushing, or vacuuming.
Repair and Correction: Any cracks, holes, or other defects on the surface should be repaired. Appropriate filler or corrective material can be used to fill cracks and level the surface. This step ensures the surface is smooth and homogeneous.
Moisture Control: The surface should be moist but not saturated with water.

Latex is mixed with water and applied to the cement mortar. According to the intended use;
For Adhesion: It is mixed at a 1:1 ratio and cement is added until it reaches a porridge-like consistency. The resulting cement slurry is applied by brushing or pouring onto the surface. Plaster or screed should be applied before full curing. It should be applied on the surface during tile and ceramic adhesive applications. For adhesion, a mixture of PRASTAR®LTX407/water should be applied as a primer on the surface.
For Waterproofing and Repair: The material is added to the mortar at a rate of 3%.
In repair mortar applications: Especially in hot weather, to prevent sudden water loss after application and to eliminate shrinkage cracks, the powder in the mixture is added to the mortar at a rate of 3% by weight.

• Take necessary safety precautions such as gloves, mask, and goggles during application.
• Do not apply in environments where freezing is possible.
• Use required personal protective equipment during application.
• Avoid contact with skin; if contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water.
• Avoid getting the product into your eyes; if it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice immediately.
• Avoid inhaling the material; if inhaled, move to fresh air and take deep breaths.
• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
• Wash all equipment with soap and water after application.
• Clean and ventilate the application area.
• In case of spills, wear closed and sturdy shoes to prevent slipping.
