ADVANTAGES

APPLICATION AREAS

It is used on the interior and exterior facades of buildings to increase the energy efficiency of buildings by applying on thermal insulation boards.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• The surface of the thermal insulation boards should be free from dust.
• If there are deep cracks on the board surface, they should be filled.

APPLICATION TYPE

Add appropriate amount of water (6-6,75 lt water/25 kg bag) into the mixing bowl. Add the powder material and mix with a low speed hand mixer. Let the mortar rest for 5 minutes and mix until it reaches homogenous consistency. Apply one layer of mortar (2 mm) on the pre-glued board with a steel trowel. After the plaster shrinks, a second layer (2 mm) of plaster is applied. Steel trowel is recommended for surface finishing. Sponge trowel may cause surface dusting.

WARNINGS

• No foreign materials (lime, cement, gypsum, etc.) should be added to the prepared mortar.
• Expired mortar should not be reused by mixing with water or dry mortar.
• It is recommended to apply the product at a temperature between +5°C and +35°C.
• It should be protected from rapid drying in windy conditions.
• Should not be applied to frozen surfaces.
• Do not apply under direct sunlight.
• Do not exceed the specified application area and instructions for use.
• Do not inhale directly. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
• The full curing process should be completed, as the plaster may not reach maximum durability before full curing.
